Leaf-cutting-art is one of the ways of Kanat Nurtazin's drawings. There is the irony story of each leaf. And the special message will be brought to us when the leaf-art is placed in the nature.

Omid Asadi

Omid Sadi, from Sale, Art for him is the way of looking differently o this world and around his self. He started to think why nobody paid attention to these beautiful leaves and trod on them, because of their their name. If they were called flowers we won't treat them like this at all. He wanted to give the leaves another life and make art form them. This was his first step to becoming an artist and his leaf cutting art led to a very fulfilling life.

Jenine Shereos

I've been posting many art works where the material used are quite surprising. But for this, you may be shocked with it. Can you guess what it is made with? This piece of leaf is made with human hair by Jenine Shereos, a sculptor and installation artist from the United States. She twisted the human hairs and created some dried fallen leaf looking art work. 

So she makes the wick in the center using twisted hair with glue on it, then extend out the branches of the leaf. But she does not cut off hairs to create the art work artificially; she only uses fallen hairs to complete the work. Find out the details of her works and more of her works:

Lorenzo Duran

Spring for cherry blossoms and autumn for autumn leaves! Those may look beautiful IF it's on the branch of trees, but.. it becomes a pain in the butt when it's fallen on the ground :( But there is an artist who breathe new life into these fallen things, especially for the autumn leaves. 

An artist named Lorenzo Duran from Spain creates splendid art work by carving an image into the fallen leaves. He cleans the fallen leaves well and dry them, then carve the image using a chisel. See more of his works below:
